Mr. Kordt has profound knowhow in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Advisory as well as Financial Restructuring.  In the course of his professional career he gained broad experience and executed numerous transactions.  He focuses on mid-size transactions of up to €500 million.  His clients include privately held German companies and their entrepreneurs, European, North-American and Asian Corporations, as well as financial investors.

Sebastian Kordt started his professional career as Analyst with Hamburgische Landesbank in Hamburg.  As Assistant Vice President Corporate Finance with Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt he executed mainly equity-linked transactions on primary and secondary markets.  Thereafter, Mr. Kordt headed M&A teams as Assistant Director with Close Brothers in Frankfurt and co-build its debt advisory and financial restructuring practice in Germany.  Later on, he was responsible for primarily international, complex corporate finance transactions with HypoVereinsbank in Munich.

Mr. Kordt is a (founding) member of several professional organizations and associations, e.g., German Association for Investment Professionals, Frankfurt/Main, CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virgina, USA, and Munich M&A Forum, Munich.
