Since October 2011, Philipp Bruns is part of the Investor Relations division of Ascendo Management GmbH. His tasks range from the preparation and distribution of financial publications to the development and execution of IR-measures as well as the organization of IR-events to the support of clients i all measurements concerning the company´s representation in the course of going and being public. Philipp Bruns is well-versed in the field of Investor Relations as well as in annual meeting services and capital market and bank regulation.

After graduation in business and law and legal clerkship, Philipp Bruns started his professional career in the marketing and public relations department of the medium-sized transportation company GO! Express & Logistics. Thereafter he worked at the annual meeting and Investor Relations consulting firm Better - Orange IR & HV AG, advising listed and non-listed companies in the field of investor relations and capital market law. At the same time Mr. Bruns has been mandated by the Palfinger AG based in Salzburg for annual meetings and Investor Relation Services. Afterwards he worked as a lawyer at UniCredit Bank (HVB) in the legal department, responsible for legal examination, counselling and compliance questions in the derivates area as well as litigation.
