Nicola R. Facciorusso joined ACON Actienbank AG as Head of Equity Corporate Finance in October 2011 taking responsibility for Relationship management with corporates (Origination), Institutional Equity Sales (ECM) as well as Syndication.

During his professional career Nicola R. Facciorusso acquired long-standing capital market experiences. He primarily supported and advised medium sized and international large corporations on the structuring of private as well as capital market financing transactions. Falling back on an experienced network comprising most listed corporates in Germany and in Greece as well as on mature and trustful relationship with leading sovereign funds from the Middle East, institutional investors from the southern European countries and private equity firms from Germany, Nicola R. Facciorusso was responsible for a wide range of Capital Market transactions integrating his insides acquired on the corporate as well as on the investor side.

In 1988, Nicola R. Facciorusso started his financial career within the Custodial Service department at Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt / Main. Afterwards Mr. Facciorusso worked for the italian bank CARIPLO as a Representative Manager for Germany before he joined BHF Bank in 1992 as the Assistant Vice President for Institutional Equity Sales. Following his position as Head of the Sales Team "South Europe" and subsequently as Vice President Institutional Equity Sales at HypoVereinsbank in Munich, Nicola R. Facciorusso worked with Sal. Oppenheim in various executive positions of the Investment Banking Team. After his resignation from Sal. Oppenheim Nicoal R. Facciorusso established Autenrieth Capital GmbH & Co. KG advising listed corporates on capital market issues in independent practice.
