As of the end of the last year, The Ascendo Group N.V. was turned into The ACON Group SE. Besides the change of the legal form from a Netherlands Corporation into a European Company, the financial services business was restructured to cover the full range of capital market services as a one-stop shop more effectively.

Under the umbrella of The ACON Group SE we provide our clients in almost every stage of the company’s life cycle individually tailored services in the business areas of Consulting, Advisory, Investment Banking and Investor Relations in the future.

The ACON Group SE now takes up the operational consulting services of Ascendo Management GmbH in the fields of Capital Market Advisory, Corporate Services and Business Development Services. Ascendo Management GmbH, however, will focus solely on Investor and Public Relations. ACON Actienbank AG, who holds a Wertpapierhandels-banklizenz (securities trading bank license), further on covers the BaFin-regulated Capital Markets business including Debt and M&A Advisory as well as Investment Banking services.
