Dr. Michael Hasenstab became member of the Board of Directors at ACON Actienbank AG

Munich – As of September 15, 2010, Dr. Michael Hasenstab was appointed by the Supervisory Board as a new member of the Board of Directors at ACON Actienbank AG. He will assume responsibility for the Equity Capital Markets division and its further expansion.

After his studies of Economics at LMU Munich and subsequent graduation at the University of Jena with a PhD in International Management, Dr. Hasenstab started his career in the Investment Banking divisions of Credit Suisse First Boston and BNP Paribas in London, where he was responsible for numerous IPOs and M&A transactions in Germany and Europe.

Besides, Dr. Michael Hasenstab is one of the founding partners of the consulting company The Ascendo Group N.V., that was renamed into as THE ACON Group SE based on a shareholder resolution from November 19, 2010.
