Munich, October 25, 2010 - ACON Actienbank AG successfully finalised its advisory mandate for the capital increase of Curcas Oil N.V. from August 13 to September 21, 2010. In the course of the capital increase ACON Actienbank AG was responsible for the whole securities management and the structuring of the transaction.

Curcas Oil N.V. is one of the leading producers for crude Jatropha oil. Through its subsidiaries Alternative Energy Manufacturing Ltd.
