ACON Actienbank AG successfully attended the merger of Ecommerce Alliance AG and its correspondent PLC

Munich, December 27, 2010 - ACON Actienbank AG successfully attended the merger of Ecommerce Alliance AG and its fully owned subsidiary Ecommerce Alliance plc that is in the Entry Standard segment of the Open Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 

Ecommerce Alliance AG is a holding company specialised on the Ecommerce market. The focus is on the business areas of Ecommerce Brands, Ecommerce Services and Ecommerce Media.

In the course of the merger, ACON Actienbank AG was responsible for the securities management as well as the delisting of Ecommerce Alliance plc shares from the Entry Standard.

The change of the legal form into a German “Aktiengesellschaft” is in line with management’s strategy to establish the company as a major player in the German Ecommerce business.
