ACON Actienbank AG successfully attended the change of trading segment of pixelpark AG

Munich, January 5, 2011 – ACON Actienbank AG, in its function as applicant and Listing Partner, attended successfully the downgrading of pixelpark AG from the General Standard to the Entry Standard segment of the Open Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

With the change of trading segment the board of directors aims to achieve a long-term increase in the company value. ACON Actienbank took over the role of an applicant and Listing Partner in the course of the downgrading from General to Entry Standard (Open Market).  Besides the project plannung ACON Actienbank AG was both responsible for both the delisting of the shares from the regulated market and for the admission to the Entry Standard segment of the Open Market.
