ACON Actienbank AG advises IT Competence Group N.V. on the acquisition of net on AG

Munich, May 28, 2010 - ACON Actienbank AG is pleased to announce that in course of its M&A advisory mandate it advised IT Competence Group N.V. successfully on the acquisition of IT services company net on AG. 

Net on AG is a leading provider of network management solutions including design, implementation and operation of IT infrastructures for large and medium-sized companies. The company was founded in 1997 and caters with 45 employees at five office locations in Germany and Austria to a broad range of customers such as Bitburger Brauerei or LBS Rheinland-Pfalz.

IT Competence Group N.V. acts as a holding for growth-oriented German IT service companies and in pursuing a buy-and-build strategy focuses on the acquisition, development and management of its individual subsidiary companies. The core business constitutes IT services including the design, implementation and operation of IT-infrastructures. Consolidated revenues at IT Competence Group N.V. are expected to increase by more than EUR 6m annually by the acquisition. It was agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
