Since 2006, Beate Harr is a partner at The ACON Group SE, formerly Ascendo Group N.V.

On the one hand, she is particularly responsible for the M&A activities of the holding company Navigator Equity Solutions SE and its subsidiaries. In this context, she also holds the position as Director M&A for Catalis SE. On the other hand, she is in charge of advising external M&A clients. Further core activities of her include Corporate Finance Advisory for foreign clients on their market entry and growth financing in Germany as well as the structuring and implementation of stock option plans.

Beate Harr started her career as a co-founder and Managing Director of a sport-tour operator, which she had already set up during the course of her studies at Munich University of Applied Sciences, from where she holds a Master in Business Administration. Her subsequent job history in the field of Corporate Finance Advisory began at the Munich-based financial services group Matuschka GmbH, where she worked on various corporate finance projects, particularly in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions. Later on, Beate Harr was an Assistant Managing Director at a building and construction industry association and then changed to Plumbohm & Co. Corporate Finance Consulting GmbH, a consulting company specialized on M&A advisory services for medium sized companies. There, she played an active role in building up the company and worked on a variety of M&A transactions in different industry sectors for companies with revenues up to € 250 m.
